FM Collaborative's Sustainable FM

FM Collaborative's Sustainable FM course offers training in tangible methods for developing, implementing, and measuring a sustainable facility management strategy in existing buildings. This seminar, limited to 40 people, teaches about sustainability as an organizational strategy as well as the strategic development process. The seminar teaches participants to recognize the impact of existing buildings on the environment; evaluate sustainability initiatives in your facilities; develop a cost-effective sustainability strategy for your existing buildings; implement a sustainable FM strategy; and measure the success of your sustainable FM strategy. Sustainable FM is a hands-on program that leverages the balanced scorecard and other strategy tools. For maximum effectiveness, participants should bring their organization's strategic goals. The Conference will be offered in Chicago, September 18-19; and Sacramento, November 6-7. For more information, see fmcollaborative.com/events.aspx
