NeoCon® East announces new show dates of October 28-29 in Baltimore

BALTIMORE/CHICAGO—The eighth annual NeoCon® East has been rescheduled to Oct. 28-29, 2010, at the Baltimore Convention Center, differing from the December dates originally announced.

“The Baltimore Convention Center recently informed us of a date opening in their October calendar and we quickly acted on the opportunity to accept the new dates,” said Mark Falanga, senior vice president of MMPI, contract. “At MMPI we are fully committed to NeoCon East, its exhibitors and attendees, and feel the October dates will help to best benefit those on the GSA schedule.” more...

City of Antwerp: Green Workplace Economics in Practice
To facilitate optimal living and working conditions, attract new residents and draw visitors, officials in Antwerp, Belgium, manage a portfolio of about 1,500 real estate assets. Seventy-five percent of this portfolio is in use for public purposes including schools, sports facilities, libraries, theaters, city hall and other public facilities. The municipal government is divided in 12 city-services, 5 independent-services, and additional support organization units. The city-service, “Patrimonium Onderhoud” (PO), is responsible for all corporate real estate-related activities, and is fully supported by the Planon solution.
