Production Requirements for Banners and Buttons

Banner and button content must be supplied in digital format to exact sizes as specified above, as JPG or GIF files. Please be advised, Flash/SWF files are acceptable, but click-through data can not be provided in this format. We would also need a static JPG version of the SWF ad for newsletter display. Please keep all ad size below 1 MB.

Banner and button design is offered at a 10% premium. Please send composites or a reasonable facsimile of the ad to the “Ad Materials” contact below. For button and banner ads, include alternate text tag, full person/company contact, the Web address you would like your banner/button linked to, and the Webmaster’s e-mail with your submission.



Intermercials

Direct download of video is a great way to inform readers about your products or services. Product or presentations of up to three minutes duration can be placed on the Web sites. Readers will click on an image representing your company or product, and streaming video can be played. A link to a location of your choice on your web site also will be provided with the video. Production Requirements for Intermercials

Intermercials must be provided in both Windows Media Format (.wmf) and Quick Time (.mov) or as a stand alone Flash video (.swf). Video must be a total of 3 minutes run-time (or less) and completely compiled. Also include your company logo to the button specification (above), the Web address you would like users to be directed to and full sales contact information with your submission.
