Production Requirements for
Leaderboards, Banners and Buttons
Advertising art must be supplied
in digital format to exact sizes as specified above, as JPG or GIF files. Please be advised, Flash/SWF files are acceptable, but click-through data can not be provided in this format. Also ensure that the SWF file has a functional link to your landing page and that the page is ready to view prior to submitting the file. Please keep all ad file sizes below 4 MB.
Advertising art design is offered at a 10% premium. Please send
composites or a reasonable facsimile of the ad to the “Ad
Materials” contact below. For all art, include
alternate text tag, full person/company contact, the Web address
you would like your art linked to, and the Webmaster’s
e-mail with your submission.
Video
Facilities Managers may not find your video on You Tube. Direct them there from McMorrow Report. Readers will click on an image representing your company or product, and streaming video can be played. Imbed a link to a You Tube video or your web site. Costs are per month.

Production Requirements for Video
Intermercials must be provided in both Windows Media Format
(.wmf) and Quick Time (.mov) or as a stand alone Flash video (.swf).
Video must be a total of 3 minutes run-time (or less) and completely
compiled. Also include your company logo to the button specification
(above), the Web address you would like users
to be directed to and full sales contact information with your submission.

Direct Email Promotions
Client supplies content formatted for HTML delivery to selected segments of our database to reach from 1,000 to 30,000 subscribers. HTML design should be no wider than 600 pixels, all external links fully functional and all images must reside on a publically accessible web server. $395/per M
